Day 01: Cochin - Periyar
After you arrive at the Cochin International Airport, you will drive down to Periyar, located about 180 kms away from here. Upon arrival, you check in at a good Ayurvedic health resort. After some rest, you meet the resident "Vaidya" or the Ayurveda doctor for consultation. Night stay is at the resort.

Day 02 - Day 08: Ayurvedic Health Resort (Periyar)
You will be given seven days of Ayurvedic therapy at this health resort by trained doctors. After a detailed consultation, the resident doctor will prescribe the right therapies for you during this week-long medication. Here, you will be expected to follow a pious and stringent daily routine that will include certain form of diet, exercises, meditation and abstention from alcohol and tobacco. Eating only pure vegetarian food during the week-long therapy is also mandatory. Follow all instructions of the doctor dutifully and you are bound to emerge full of vitality at the end. During the entire duration of the Ayurvedic therapy, you reside at the health resort.

Day 09: Periyar
After the Ayurvedic therapy is over, you will relax for a day and allow your body to re-adjust to normal life after one week of massage. You spend the night at the resort only.

Day 10: Periyar - Cochin
You can take a soothing ferry ride across the lake Periyar today. Then, drive down to Cochin after having lunch. Check in at the hotel and rest for the night there.

Day 11: Departure from Cochin
You will be transferred to the Cochin airport today, from where you will board your return flight.
