Even though a substantial portion of Rajasthan is
arid desert and has scanty forest cover, yet it is quite rich in flora
and fauna. The natural vegetation here basically comprises of the Thorn
Forest, where you will find small thickets scattered all over. With a

Day 01: Arrival at Delhi
You will be received by our representative upon your arrival in Delhi.
You will then be escorted to the hotel, where you check in and stay
overnight.
Day 02: Delhi Sightseeing
After breakfast, you will be taken for a sightseeing tour of Delhi
covering important tourist spots like the India Gate, Parliament House,
Qutub Minar, Humayun's Tomb, Jama Masjid, Red Fort, and so on. You will
spend the night at the hotel.
Day 03: Delhi - Jaipur
You will drive down to Jaipur city of Rajasthan today. Upon reaching
there, you check in at the hotel and rest for a while. In the afternoon,
you go to see the renowned Hawa Mahal, Jantar Mantar and the City
Palace. Saunter around in the colorful markets of the pink city in the
evening. Have a delightful supper and then rest in your hotel room
during the night.
Day 04: Jaipur Sightseeing
There are many places of tourist interest in Jaipur. So, you can spend
the day seeing the City Palace that has a perfect blend of Rajasthani
and Mughal architecture and the Albert Hall that has a large collection
of woodwork, jewelry, costumes and brassware. Also see the Hawa Mahal or
Palace of Winds, which is considered the landmark edifice of Jaipur.
Spend the evening at leisure, doing your own thing. Overnight stay will
be at the hotel.
Day 05: Jaipur - Ranthambore
After you have your breakfast, you head for Ranthambore, located in the
Sawai Madhopur district of Rajasthan. It is approximately 130 km from
Jaipur. Once there, you check in at the hotel and rest for a while.
Overnight stay is at the hotel.
Day 06: Ranthambore Sightseeing
Ranthambore is a famous national park and tiger reserve of Rajasthan.
It is named after the historic Ranthambore fortress, lying within its
own boundary. Ranthambore National Park is spread over an area of 392 km
and is famous for its tiger population. It is also one of India's
Project Tiger reserves. Some important wild animals that can be found
here include the Leopard, Wild Pig, Sambar, Chital, Gaur, and so on.
Ranthambore has a rich flora too and is swathed with Banyan, Dhok, Pipal
and Mango trees. This park proffers great opportunity for wildlife
photography. After the tour, you will spend the night at the hotel.
Day 07: Ranthambore - Karauli
After breakfast, you go on a brief tour of the Ranthambore National
Park again. Later, you head for the ancient Karauli town that is famous
for its temples. The important temples include the Madan Mohanji Temple,
Kalyanji Temple and Kaila Devi Temple. This town is also well-known for
its splendid Bhanvar Vilas palace that has now been converted into a
grand heritage hotel. When you reach Karauli, you check in at the hotel
and rest. Overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 08: Karauli - Bharatpur
After breakfast, you go for sightseeing in and around Karauli. Later
during the day, you drive down to Bharatpur city in Rajasthan. You check
in at the hotel on arrival, where you will be spending the night.
Day 09: Bharatpur - Agra
Bharatpur is famous for its bird sanctuary, the Keoladeo Ghana National
Park that happens to amongst the best in the world. This park contains a
28.73 sq km lake and wetland that were all artificially created in the
19th century by the Maharaja of Bharatpur. It has now been declared a
world heritage site by UNESCO. This park is a bird lover's paradise as
over 300 of exotic bird species can be found like Cormorants, Egrets,
Pelicans, Ibises, Cranes, Ducks, Geese, et al. Apart from birds,
Bharatpur also contains a wide variety of mammal and reptile species
including Deer, Jackals, Blackbuck, Fishing Cats, Otters and Blue Bulls.
After visiting Bharatpur, you will head for Agra. Check in at the hotel
on arrival and rest for the night.
Day 10: Agra - Varanasi
At Agra, you will see the Taj Mahal, the Agra Fort and the tomb of
Itimad-ud-Daulah. Later in the evening, you will catch an overnight
train to Varanasi.
Day 11: Varanasi - Sarnath - Varanasi
Upon reaching Varanasi, you will be escorted to the hotel. After some
rest, you go for visiting Sarnath, located about 10 km from Varanasi. It
is said that Lord Buddha received his first sermon at Sarnath only. You
will see the Buddha temple, the Dhamekh Stupa and the Archaeological
Museum here. By late evening, you come back to Varanasi and stay
overnight at the hotel.
Day 12: Varanasi - Delhi
Explore the spiritual land of Varanasi in the morning. Visit the famous
ghats, take a boat rides across river Ganges, see the important temples
like the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, the Bharat Mata Temple and so on.
Later, you catch your flight to Delhi. Once in the capital, you will be
escorted to the international airport for your onward journey.
